Sintered Neodymium Countersunk Magnet is a functional type of magnet with at least one end surface has an angled countersunk hole. It is typically measured by the outer diameter, through hole diameter, major diameter, depth, and angle. The countersunk hole makes it easy to mount the magnets onto both magnetic and non-magnetic surface using matching countersunk screw.The vast majority of Neodymium countersunk magnets are axially magnetized. The most common type is round shape magnet with countersunk hole, we can also supply block or other shapes with countersunk hole as per customer requirement.The Zinc coating is the second most common coating with relatively lower price, compared to NI-CU-NI coating. It is a self-sacrificing coating, which means when the material corrodes the outside turns white creating a strong layer of protection for the magnet.
