Sintering process of NdFeB magnet material
Before sintering and electroplating, NdFeB magnet materials must undergo chamfering, degreasing, pickling, ultrasonic cleaning and other processes that can stabilize and clean the surface, so as to obtain a coating with good bonding, low porosity and long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Chamfering small parts can be chamfered with a centrifugal finishing machine, and larger parts can be chamfered with a spiral vibration or centrifugal vortex finishing machine after grinding the edges with a grinder. The chamfering should be carried out in a neutral or slightly alkaline medium, and should not be chamfered with an acidic or corrosive medium.
Degreasing should be carried out in neutral and weakly alkaline degreasers. In order to avoid oxidation or hydrogen permeation, it is best not to carry out anode or cathode electrolysis.
Pickling with dilute nitric acid solution or weak organic acid for a short time, but it should not be pickled in strong halogen acid, and should not be pickled in high concentration of strong acid, otherwise, the surface of the material will be sharply roughened or even pulverized.
