1. When the temperature is 80-100 ℃, the grade of the magnet is M.

2. When the temperature is 100-120℃, the magnet's grade is H gear.

3. When the temperature is 120-150℃, the magnet belongs to SH gear.



The normal working temperature of the magnet is ≥80°C. If it goes through a high temperature, that is, it exceeds the normal working temperature of 80°C, demagnetization will occur. If the temperature is too high or too low, the length of time will directly affect the serious and slight demagnetization of the magnet. Theoretically speaking, the maximum temperature resistance value of the magnet is about 230℃, but the actual working temperature depends on the actual working temperature.
It is recommended that you use magnets with high temperature resistant materials. We also encountered this problem before. In the case of hot pressing, the temperature of the indenter is higher than the normal working temperature, but the unit price of high temperature resistant magnets is a little more expensive than ordinary ones.
